2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally capable of binding contracts. You represent and warrant compliance.

3. Account Registration

Provide accurate information and safeguard your password.

4. Booking & Cancellation Fees

  • Booking Fee: Full initial fee charged at reservation.

  • Cancellation:

    • >24 hours before: 25% retained.

    • 12–24 hours before: 50% retained.

    • <12 hours before: 100% retained.

5. Reservation Times

  • Start and end within your reserved window. Extensions via app only, subject to availability.

  • Overstays may result in impoundment by local partner; all fees and expenses are renter’s responsibility.

6. Payments

  • All payments processed through ParkIT.

  • Outside arrangements void liability for ParkIT Solutions LLC.

7. Communications

  • You may opt in or out of marketing emails and SMS messages at any time via your account settings.

  • Transactional communications—such as booking reminders, payment confirmations, and receipts—are required and cannot be opted out of.

8. Host Obligations

Hosts must maintain spot condition and comply with laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParkIT Solutions LLC, its affiliates, hosts, and users shall not be liable for any damages, including vehicle or property damage, arising from use of Services or outside agreements.
